The Flash is an American superhero series created by Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Geoff Johns for The CW. It began running on October 7, 2014. It is currently in its fourth season.

Synopsis Edit

Barry Allen was a CSI for the Central City Police Department. One night, his entire life was changed when S.T.A.R. Labs highly-anticipated particle accelerator malfunctioned, sending a shockwave throughout the city and hitting Barry with a fateful lightning bolt, putting him into a coma. When he awoke, Barry found himself gifted with superhuman speed. Aided by his new friends at S.T.A.R. Labs, Barry Allen became The Flash, protecting Central City from evil metahumans that were also affected by the accelerator.
