Malcolm in the Middle is an American sitcom created by Linwood Boomer for FOX television. It ran from January 9, 2000 to May 14, 2006 for seven seasons.
Series summary Edit
Malcolm (Frankie Muniz) is an ordinary pre-teen kid living in the US whose school life is turned upside down when tests reveal that he is a genius. He then find himself stuck with the 'krelboids' in the advanced classes, among whom he proves to be a bit of a wild card. At home he has to put up with his sweet but dim (or possibly secretly calculating) younger brother, Dewey (Erik Per Sullivan); his bullying older brother, Reese (Justin Berfield); his overbearing mother Lois (Jane Kaczmarek) and his easily distracted, hapless father, Hal (Bryan Cranston). Malcolm's eldest brother, the rebellious Francis (Christopher Kennedy Masterson), spends the early seasons in military camp, then later a logging company in Alaska, and finally a Wild-West-themed hotel.
